All are proposed legislation, which will have a direct affect on the recreational fishing population of Florida, and we need your help to defeat or support these legislative bills, which directly affect all of us.
The FWC Division of Law Enforcement enforces regulations for both state and federal waters, and if they find violations of the federal grouper limits when patrolling federal waters they will enforce them. Anglers who catch the legal bag of grouper in state waters and then transit out of state waters in pursuit of other species, will be in violation of federal rules.
